About Teresa Mutakabbir

I have always been a “Carolina Girl”, and proud of it. I was born and raised in SC, and after graduating from Hampton University in VA. I moved to Columbia, SC, got married, and started my career with IBM as a Systems Engineer all within the span of one month! I am a confirmed multiprocessor, and this served me well in my work at IBM where I implemented IT systems in businesses and my clients became loyal customers. I relocated to Charlotte, NC where I eventually earned my certification as a Project Manager. I always liked “running things” and I was doing that long before I even knew what a Project Manager was, so Real Estate is a perfect fit for me. There are so many variables within a real estate transaction, and then there are the legal parameters which we must operate within. Clients need someone they can trust to lead them, setting expectations and keeping them focused on their end goal. My focus has always been to provide the most personal and professional, service possible.
